"You" refers to the main driver, the person paying for the rental, and/or the person making the booking.

"We/Us" refers to Wheelsonrent.

"Car Rental Company" refers to a licensed car rental provider that supplies vehicles to customers.

While multiple individuals may be involved in a booking, only the main driver is our primary contact person.

These Terms apply to all bookings made through Wheelsonrent (website or direct).

Each booking is also subject to the rental company's terms and conditions and the applicable laws of the UAE.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Wheelsonrent is a booking facilitator and marketplace connecting customers with trusted car rental companies.

We provide a seamless platform where rental partners list their vehicles, and customers can book easily at competitive prices.

All bookings are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Bookings may be confirmed instantly or may require rental company approval.

Payment can be made online or directly to the rental provider, depending on the booking type.

A booking is not final until confirmed by email or WhatsApp message from Wheelsonrent.

If the selected car is unavailable, we will provide alternatives or issue a refund where applicable.

Optional extras (child seats, GPS, additional drivers, insurance add-ons) may incur additional fees.

UAE Residents: Emirates ID + UAE driving license.

Tourists: Passport, valid visa, and international driving license.

Failure to provide correct documentation may result in refusal of the rental without a refund.

We strive to keep all details on our website and communications accurate.

Wheelsonrent cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or changes made by car rental companies.

It is the responsibility of the car rental partner to review booking details and ensure all provided information is correct.

A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required for payment.

Cars must be returned as per the agreed fuel policy (same-to-same or full-to-empty, depending on provider).

Minimum rental age: 21 years (may be higher for certain vehicles).

Drivers must hold a valid license for at least 1 year.

Additional driver fees may apply.

More than 48 hours before rental start: full refund.

Less than 48 hours: minimum of 3 rental days will be charged.

No-show: no refund.

Amendments may alter the price. In some cases, a cancellation and rebooking may be required.

Vehicles must be used in compliance with UAE traffic laws.

Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Do not drive outside UAE borders without written approval.

Do not use the car for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.

Do not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

The renter is fully responsible for fines, damages, or legal violations during the rental.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and with fuel levels as per policy. Failure to comply may incur additional charges.

Rentals are calculated in 24-hour blocks. Late returns, even by an hour, may incur additional charges or penalties.

Early drop-offs do not entitle you to a refund.

Wheelsonrent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, profits, or goodwill).

Wheelsonrent is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses arising directly from our breach of contract.

All cars come with full insurance as required by UAE law.

Additional insurance options may be offered by the rental provider.

Wheelsonrent is not liable for accidents, damages, or disputes between you and the car rental company, but we will assist in resolution where possible.

In case of an accident, the police and car rental company must be notified immediately. A police report is mandatory for insurance claims.

Failure to follow procedures may void insurance coverage, making the renter fully liable.

Contact Wheelsonrent Customer Support within 48 hours of any issues. We will liaise with the rental company to resolve matters.

We collect personal information (name, contact, address, email, driver's license, Emirates ID, payment info) to process bookings, fulfil rentals, and comply with laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
